Exhibition of Project HOUSE in Seoul !!

先週の土曜日より、日韓ギャラリー交換住込プロジェクト
HOUSE!!
のソウルでの展覧会がついに始まりました。


From Last Saturday,
Finally our art exhibition of project HOUSE has started in Seoul!!

ミッションプロジェクトのヤンバンの格好をしたり。。。

I will welcome your coming to here with my costume play as Korean noble or...



주부（ハウスワイフ）の格好でお迎えいたします！

...or Korean House Wife!!



エントランスは小さいサイズの彫刻。
もちろんお触りOKです。

In entrance, you will see my sculpture first,
and you can touch and play with it enough.

タイトルは"inter-world-TV12"

A whole space viewing from an entrance.
The title is "inter-world-TV12"

壁には、今回のプロジェクトで協力してくださった
お客さん達１００人のシルエット。
一階のカフェでお茶していた方々です。
彼らにはインタビューを受けてもらったり、家を描いてもらったり
家にいる時のポーズをしてもらいました。
彼ら彼女らの胸には彼らの家のドローイングが描かれてあります。

On the wall, it has many painting of shadow who joined in
my project. I interviewed 100 people who was drinking coffee
or tea in TV12cafe. They were taking cafe time and sitting down
with their relax. I let them pose relax as like they are
in their houseand took their photo.
Besides, I askd and let them draw of their house sketch.

Finally I painted all of their shadows that has their house
drawingin the center of their chest.

中央には、壁と同じ人達の写真で作った立体作品。

On the center of the floor, I installed a dome built by connecting
by human photos that are the same people painted on wall.

earth - shoot the piece of the peace

韓国でリメイクしてみました。
使用する銃は韓国のK2と北朝鮮のAk47
この土やレンガは、TV12ギャラリーの反対側にあった、
取り壊し中の家からいただき構成ました。
来場者は植物の種を詰めた銃でこの人形を任意で撃つことができます。
そして数日後に種が発芽します。
 韓国の方はどのような気持でこの作品に接するのでしょうか？

I remade it as Korean Style.
Guns are K2 made in Korea, and Ak47 made in North Korea.

In front of TV12Gallery, One old house building was
demolished, and then I got several blocks of old house
and something crushed. I build a doll covered
by those materials and provided toy guns loaded with seeds.

People can shoot the doll, and few days later,
buds will come out from the doll and grew up.

What will korean people think through this shooting works?

こちらはミッションプロジェクト。
日韓それぞれのアーティストが
お互いの国のコトワザや迷信を相手に送り、
送られた方は、もちろんその意味は知らない状態で
それがどんな意味の言葉なのかを
体現しながら、周りとコミュニケーションを取りながら
探していくというものです。

(ミッションプロジェクト中)

さて、展覧会まで残すところあと二週間となりました。
日が経つのは早いものです。




瓦礫だらけやったTV1２前の工事も基礎ができはじめました。





先週の土曜日は東大門市場へ。
ここはめっちゃ広いですが大抵のものはあります。





韓国製のモデルガンを求めてオモチャ屋へ
カッカチ”ュセヨ～っと言うとまけてもらたりえます。




日曜日、ホンデは人ゴミ化します。




さて、TV１２に戻って制作制作。
お客さんに自分の住んでいる家の絵を描いてもらっています。




カフェスペース（お昼の部）の方々にも
制作協力をお願いしました。




もちろん夜の部の方々にも
みなさんお忙しい中手伝ってくれて
ありがとうございます。




今回の制作協力をカフェのお客さんに頼むため
ハウスワイフ（主婦/주부）に扮しました。
もちろん家事全般なんでもやります。



プロジェクト中のご飯はいつも通り自炊。
韓国の野菜が異常に高いので食材探しも一苦労です。

昔、僕のご飯は貧しい気分になると言われた
のを思い出して肉を入れようと思いましたが
野菜不足なので良い豆腐にしました。　



材料調達に友人の協力を得ました。
昨年僕がいたゴヤン レジデンスの良心ことソン ジュンホ氏
めちゃくちゃ澄んだ心を持つ彫刻家さんです。




材料を買った後は彼のスタジオに
招待していただきました。
彼と同じくゴヤンのレジデンスで一緒だった
キム スウ女史にも再開を果たしました。

ここは三人の共同スタジオです。
スウ女史にトッポッキをごちそうになりました。
彼女の料理はめっちゃうまい！
でも美味しすぎるので、そればかり褒めると

「アンタは私に会いたかったんぢゃなくて、
私のご飯を食べたかったのね」
っとへそ曲げます。
いやはや、可愛い女性です。



さぁ制作作業もリサーチからぼちぼち
本作業に移ります！

っというコトワザらしいのですが

This is a proverb in Korea


まぁなんのこっちゃかわかりませんので
これを知らない韓国人がいるかと探しに行きました
Well, but of course I have no idea.
So, I just went to look for a person who don't know "ㄱ".

場所はTV１２から半径１００メートル！
In this case, my condition is with in 100m radious of TV12

  No bady came near me, 

cuz I have a sickle

 
I asked!!

but she had known...

 
I changed a place to in front of TV12

 
But a situation is the same.
Everybody knows

 
Okay I asked more and more...

!!!!

おお、このお二人はご丁寧にもたくさん説明してくれて
意味まで教えてくださいました。

 でも。。。意味を教えてもらったのに
結局理解できませんでした。。。
Yeah! They tell me that proverb meaning  clearly!
tough....even I got this meaning...
but I could not understand....

っとどうしようか路頭に迷っていたところに一通のSkype
いた！

このコトワザを知らない在米韓国人！サンドラ！！
When I was just thinking about this, I got one skype chat!!

Oh my, She is a my artist friend Sandra!
She is a KoreanAmerican 

I thought she might not know about that meaning.

やっぱり知りませんでした！でも"ㄱ"の
文字はしってた。まぁ当然か
んで意味は～
Yes, She did not know this proverb!!!
but of course she had known  "ㄱ"...
anyway this meaning is 

 

「何あんた、これが何か知らないの？
目の前にあるぢゃない！

って感じなのかな？

悪口なんかな？
「Oops, Dont you know what is this??
Oh~my, come on! This is it!!
Dont you really understand??

I thought is this a kind of a Slander??

ともあれ、 このコトワザが示す通り
僕はこのコトワザの意味が目の前にありつつも
、このコトワザは理解できませんでした。
Anyway, I realized that in front of this proverb's meaning,
 finally I could not understand this proverb like this proverb

HOUSE dialy 01 - Akihito

現在滞在中のイ ダンの住んでいるアパート付近。

これから忙しくなれば、ギャラリー滞在となりますが
しばしのどかな団地妻いです。

しかし問題はここからギャラリーまで一時間半かかります。
そしてラッシュは昼近くまで続く。



おお、HOUSE！



おお、イダン（李 丹）のダン！



そしてこちらがTELEVISION12Gallery!
最近２階を改装したばかり。



一階はカフェとなっており、美大が近いこともあって
美術系の学生やアーティスト、デザイナーが多いようです。
作品もインテリア兼商談材として飾られております。



そんなわけで我々もミーティング
韓国側でのアーティストトークでパネリストを
お願いするKim NoAm氏
サンサンマダンとアートスペースHUEなどの
アートディレクターを務められています。



今日もTV12は前は、がっつりと建物を破壊中



２階は現在僕のアトリエ代わり。
ディレクターのミンヨン、サニーと昼食中。




僕のギャラリー滞在に向けて防犯設備を換装中




何をさせているかと言うとそりゃ秘密です。



さて、準備もぼちぼち整ってきましたし
いっちょやりますかね
